1. Introduction

Welcome to N8N Cloud Hub. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions, which form a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”) and N8N Cloud Hub (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Services Provided

N8N Cloud Hub provides a self-hosted version of n8n deployed on Virtual Private Servers (VPS). Each self-hosted instance includes one user account, in line with n8n’s licensing terms. Clients are able to create unlimited workflows and send unlimited execution requests within the capacity of their chosen VPS plan. We offer multiple VPS configurations to suit different usage needs, and clients may request plan upgrades if their requirements increase. N8N Cloud Hub does not provide VPS root access; only the n8n user account is accessible, allowing clients to create and manage their automations independently.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted using our services are lawful. Any illegal use of the platform, including but not limited to hacking, spam, fraud, or unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited, and N8N Cloud Hub will not be liable for such misuse. Clients must safeguard their login credentials and API keys, and we accept no responsibility for unauthorized access resulting from client negligence.

4. Data and Backups

We perform daily backups for eligible plans, and clients may request restoration from the previous day’s backup by contacting our support team. While we take reasonable steps to protect client data, N8N Cloud Hub cannot be held responsible for any loss of data resulting from client actions, third-party service failures, or events beyond our control.

5. Service Limitations and Availability

If a client’s usage exceeds the allocated VPS resources, service performance may be impacted or downtime may occur. N8N Cloud Hub is not liable for downtime caused by excessive usage, but we will assist clients in upgrading their plan when necessary. In situations where n8n itself imposes technical limitations or restrictions, N8N Cloud Hub is not responsible for those limitations; however, we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve any related issues. If additional automation or integration services are required, N8N Cloud Hub can provide extra server resources and technical assistance for an agreed fee.

6. Payments and Billing

Payments are processed through Paddle, a trusted international payment gateway. After a successful plan purchase, access to the n8n account will be granted within 24 hours, and login details will be sent to the registered email address. Subscription fees are billed either monthly or annually based on the selected plan, and clients are responsible for any applicable taxes. Failed or missed payments may result in suspension or termination of services until payment is resolved.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. In the event of a service failure or error directly caused by N8N Cloud Hub, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund or provide other remediation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and proprietary code used in our platform, excluding open-source components such as n8n, remain the property of N8N Cloud Hub or its licensors. Clients are prohibited from reproducing, copying, or redistributing any part of our services without prior written permission from N8N Cloud Hub.

9. Limitation of Liability

N8N Cloud Hub will not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by excessive usage, client misconfiguration, or failures of third-party services. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount paid by the client to N8N Cloud Hub for the service during the client’s most recent billing period.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website and updated Effective Date will be shown. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
